Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized mail carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
